TESTOTAL / THE VALUE REVIEW
Advertisement feature by TesTotal. We benefit financially from sales of our top recommended products.
Centrapeak blends testosterone-support ingredients with a focus-oriented selection. Its 16 active ingredients exceed Testogen's 13, but value depends on whether you want those extras. We prefer Testogen for its more focused ingredient combination and TesTotal when price is the greater constraint.
Our first recommendation
Testogen Ultimate
Testogen is our overall selection for this category. TesTotal fits a tighter budget; Centrapeak is most relevant when its additional focus-oriented ingredients are a deliberate part of the purchase.

Rhodiola, phosphatidylserine, tyrosine and other additions help explain Centrapeak's broader positioning. They may interest someone shopping for both a men's supplement and a focus product. They are less persuasive if you would not otherwise choose those ingredients.
Centrapeak contains levodopa-standardised mucuna and declares soy. Check those details against any medicines, allergies or dietary restrictions before choosing it.

“Not included” indicates confirmed absence from the assessed formula. “Not verified” identifies a gap in the information available for this comparison; it does not mean the manufacturer hides the amount.
Testogen Ultimate: 13 active ingredients. Mineral figures are nutrient amounts, not the weight of the full mineral compound.
Centrapeak: The v4 Supplement Facts panel specifies magnesium glycinate. Its separate marketing paragraph says citrate; the panel is the basis used here.
Capsule and other ingredients
Testogen Ultimate: Vegetable-cellulose capsule and NuFLOW rice-hull ingredient.
Centrapeak: Vegetable pullulan capsule, rice-hull concentrate and silicon dioxide. Contains soy.
Where the Testogen premium makes sense
Centrapeak already specifies glycinate magnesium and MK-7 K2. The premium-form discussion therefore needs to be selective. Testogen's P5P B6, zinc monomethionine and KSM-66 are more useful distinctions than suggesting its rival uses no carefully chosen forms.
Both ashwagandha entries weigh 200 mg, but the extract descriptions differ. Testogen also includes D-aspartic acid, while Centrapeak uses its space for other ingredients. Our vote is for that more focused combination, not the product with the longest list.

These are formulation details, not a claim of superior results in a finished-product clinical trial. More ingredients and premium forms do not remove the need to assess suitability.
View Testogen ingredients and purchase optionsWhere TesTotal makes sense
TesTotal offers a budget-conscious way to avoid buying a dual-purpose formula when your priorities is simpler. Its smaller serving and familiar nutrient-and-herb approach can be enough of a reason to prefer it. Choose Testogen when you want the fuller premium formula, rather than adding nootropic-style ingredients merely because they appear in a bundle.
- Two-capsule serving in the reviewed formula.
- D-aspartic acid: 1,176 mg; magnesium: 100 mg; boron: 4 mg.
- Includes P5P B6 and fenugreek extract; KSM-66 is not included.

Check the full label against medicines, medical conditions and other supplements before purchase. Testogen supplies 100 mcg (4,000 IU) D3, at the commonly used adult upper intake level; additional vitamin D needs to be counted. Stop use if an unwanted reaction occurs and seek appropriate advice. 1
Persistent symptoms should be assessed rather than assumed to mean low testosterone. These products do not replace diagnosis or prescribed treatment. 2
